I have a white shirt with colours on the front. Will it ruin the shirt if I wash it in bleach?

I have a white shirt with colours on the front, It’s a Led Zeppelin shirt, I washed it and some how it got these red stains on it. My others clothes didn’t. Anyway I used bleach and windex and the stain came off. Will it ruin the shirt if I washed it in bleach?
And isn’t bleach only for whites?
